This place suits me perfectly with great Wi-Fi, helpful luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my way to a nearby destination during my first visit, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it!

    cozy atmosphere
    amazing staff
    outdoor activities
    soundproofing issue

Our family loved the cozy atmosphere and the amazing staff who made sure we felt at home, especially with our son's autism support dog. The nearby parks offered fun outdoor activities, making it ideal for us to explore London comfortably.

In my wife’s opinion, some additional soundproofing would have made our stay more pleasant. Maybe a few more family-friendly amenities would help enhance the experience traveling with children.

    clean room
    small room
    uncomfortable mattress

location was gr8, super close 2 the tube and tons of restaurants nearby. the staff were nice and always tried 2 help us. breakfast was decent and free water bottles daily were a nice touch. room was clean, which is always good.

but the room was super small n def not luxurious like it claimed. the mattress was uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep.

    good wi-fi

    Totally recommend for short stay

Clean hotel, convenient location, with good wi-fi and breakfast options, just a short walk from the underground station for easy access to attractions.

    Couldn’t fault.

great value near parks and museums for weekend wanderers

I stayed for just one night and truly appreciated the short stroll to both Hyde Park and the Natural History Museum, which made my city exploration a delight since I could easily pop in and out. the room size was impressive for London standards, and I appreciated the helpful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable.

Really enjoyed the Pasha Suite. loved the cozy decor and the surprise balcony! Breakfast was deliciously packed by the staff. The only downside was the tough bed, but I'd definitely return.

    friendly staff
    great breakfast
    central location

We had a blast staying here! It was a perfect base for exploring Kensington and easy access to attend a Chelsea Football Club match. The area felt safe and had tons of nearby eateries. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was a nice start to our day. Just a heads up, the parking situation can be tricky, so plan accordingly.

    nice decor
    good size bathroom
    comfy bed
    thin windows
    firm pillows

I stayed in the Luxury Double room for 2 nights. The decor was nice, and the bathroom was a good size, which was a huge plus. The bed was comfy enough, but the pillows could use an upgrade—they felt quite firm. The windows were a bit thin, so I heard some traffic and noise from upstairs. Breakfast was decent, especially the croissants, but it could have used more variety. Nearby tube access was great for exploring London.

Charming Stay with Unique Room Layout!

Our stay in the mezzanine room was delightful. The split-level layout made it feel spacious and unique. Enjoyed nearby restaurants with diverse cuisines. Pro tip, explore local dining options for a true taste of the area. Don't miss the lovely afternoon tea service available in the cozy lounge!

    comfortable room
    romantic atmosphere
    homey feeling
    limited options
    basic offerings

i stayed here for a romantic getaway, and it surpassed my expectations. the luxury double room was impeccably comfortable, with lovely decor and a peaceful atmosphere that made it a relaxing stay. compared to my previous experiences in london, this place really felt like a home away from home.

    breakfast choices were quite limited.
